External Rub
External Rub
External Rub is a rub for horses containing an all-natural solution of amino acids and minerals including manganese and zinc. Used best for sprains, strains and tears in tendons, muscles and ligaments. Most often used as part of a maintenance program for issues like bowed tendons in performance horses.
Do not use iodine at the same time as External Rub as it creates heat.
Directions: Wash off any other substance on skin before applying.
When applying below the knee, clip the hair as close as possible, above the knee just rub on.
To sweat (below the knee): clip hair, wrap a paper towel around the leg and saturate with External Rub. Wrap with saran wrap and leave on for 4 hours once daily. After removing wrap, rinse area off with plain cool water and apply pure 100% Aloe Vera gel or juice.
When NOT doing a sweat, just spray or rub on.
